Appearance
Larger and thornier than Bramblin, it is a tumbleweed with brownish-yellow branches and light purple tips. A dark branch forms its face, and its reversed diamond-shaped eyes turn to show its mood.

Lifestyle
It evolves from Bramblin and lives in deserts, rolled by the wind. It wraps its prey and lets go only after taking all the life energy it needs.
In the anime
With Shine, its Bramblin evolves into Brambleghast to break free from Pokémon hunters who were holding it prisoner.
Name origin
The tumbleweed dries out so the wind can scatter its seeds, which helps explain the Ghost link. Brambleghast may blend bramble with ghastly or ghast.
