Its story

Appearance

Exploud is a lavender bipedal Pokémon almost entirely taken up by a huge mouth. Hollow tubes stick out from its head, limbs, back, and two tails.

Lifestyle

It draws air through its tubes to power its cries, which can set off earthquakes and carry more than six miles. It lives in caves and evolves from Loudred.

In the anime

Guy's Loudred evolves into Exploud, disobeys him, then trusts him again after Guy defends it from Team Rocket.

Name origin

Its body suggests a pipe organ full of tubes, and its mouth a hippopotamus. Exploud may blend explode and loud.
