It senses others' emotions with ultrasonic waves and plays by letting its water ring grow and detach. It lives in pods, evolves into Palafin, and is hunted by Dragalge.
Name origin
Finizen blends fin, the Spanish delfín, and citizen. It is based on dolphins that make bubble rings to play.
