Appearance
A dark bluish-green ghost with no arms or legs. Its lower half looks like a ruffled dress, its hair like feathered arms. Red gems and spikes, large yellow eyes whose whites are red.

At night it floats through the sky, long hair writhing. Witnesses saw a giant, fierce Misdreavus, maybe the ghost of a pterosaur.

Flutter Mane pairs flutter with mane, for floating and its hair. The wording sounds tribal. It is based on Misdreavus.
