Its story

Appearance

Glimmora looks like a conical flower. Its head is a translucent black cone with yellow eyes, and its body is stacked petals of crystallized poison.

Lifestyle

Latched to a wall, it passes for a plant and draws out its energy. In danger, it fires beams. It lives in Area Zero and the Crystal Pool, and evolves from Glimmet.

In the anime

It first appears with two Glimmet of Top Champion Geeta, against Liko, Roy, and Dot. It beats Roy's Crocalor and Dot's Quaxwell, then loses to Liko's Floragato.

Name origin

The design suggests the blue passion flower, a toxic South American plant established in Spain, plus blue crystals. Its name may blend glimmer and flora.

With Glimmet, it is the only Pokémon known to be able to have the Ability Toxic Debris.
Its petals resemble Tera Jewels and are thought to be tied to the Terastal phenomenon.
