Appearance
Regigigas is a huge white Pokémon shaped like a golem. Seven black eyes on the yellow slope of its chest glow red when provoked, and moss grows on its back and feet.

Lifestyle
It created five giants and can still command them even if they have a Trainer. A Sinnoh legend says it bound the continents, then fell asleep in the Snowpoint Temple.
In the anime
In Giratina and the Sky Warrior, it orders dozens of Mamoswine to hold back a moving glacier, then returns to its temple.
Name origin
Its look echoes the golems of Hebrew legend, especially the Golem of Prague, which was subdued and sealed. Its name may come from Latin regis, "king," and Ancient Greek gigas, "giant."

- It endures boiling magma as well as the freezing cold of ice.
