Lifestyle
Once drunk as tea to steal life force, it now roams at night and splashes tea. It evolves from Poltchageist; Masterpiece Form has a stamp under the bowl.

In the animated series, it is Carmine's Pokémon.
Name origin
The name may blend sinister and matcha, like Sinistea. The design follows matcha from the Japanese tea ceremony and resembles Polteageist without being related.
