Lifestyle
It filters dirty water into poison and turns it into a weak tingling shock. Selfish and attention-seeking, it throws tantrums even asleep, and it evolves into Toxtricity.
Name origin
Toxel may mix a poison dart frog, a crawling human baby, and an Ankylosaurus. Its name may blend toxic, toddle, cell, electric, and little.
