Appearance
Tynamo is a short white Pokémon like an eel, with dark oval eyes and a red star-shaped mouth. A wavy yellow stripe and a long fin taper it toward the rear.

Its story
Lifestyle
An organ releases electricity when it is in danger: alone the current is weak, but a school nears lightning. It evolves into Eelektrik, then Eelektross.
In the anime
Elesa sends a female out last against Ash in the Nimbasa Gym. Pikachu electrifies the whole field, then strikes her with Iron Tail.
Name origin
Yusuke Ohmura designed it after eels, especially the leptocephalus, their larva. The English name blends tiny, or tyke, with dynamo.
