Born from an icicle that wishes not to melt in the sun, it blows winds cold enough to make snow. It evolves into Vanillish, then Vanilluxe.
In the anime
Trip's Vanillite battles Ash's Tepig, and both Pokémon are knocked out.
Name origin
James Turner designed it after a small ice cream or a snowball. Vanillite may combine vanilla with lite or stalactite.
