Lifestyle
It evolves from Foongus. A carnivore, it lures prey with its caps, often in vain, and blows spores that sprout into mushrooms.
In the anime
James must give his Amoonguss to Giovanni as proof that Team Rocket accomplished something in Unova.
Name origin
Amoonguss may blend amanita, fungus, and humongous. It may draw on fly agaric or Agaricus mushrooms.
