Lifestyle
The Being of Willpower sleeps at the bottom of Lake Valor to keep the world's balance. When threatened it grows bold and can turn a foe's will into a puppet.
In the anime
J and Team Galactic capture it first. Ash's Pikachu and Staraptor help it break free, and it then helps stop Cyrus's plan.
Name origin
Its name may blend the A of UMA, a word for a cryptid, with elf. Among Japan's Three Sacred Treasures, it would be the Kusanagi, symbol of valor.
