Its story
Lifestyle
Not by its own will, this artificial Pokémon changes with the weather to protect its tiny body, made of cells like water. It is found in grasslands.
In the anime
It first appears with Bart and takes all its forms. Later, an ally Castform battles Ash with a Totem Lurantis, and another creates rain and snow during a race.
Name origin
It suggests a living cloud, a weather balloon, and a teru teru bōzu, a Japanese doll that wishes for good weather. Castform may combine forecast and form.
