Lifestyle
It changes color to hide, but its red stripe stays red. Its long pink tongue snares prey in tropical and temperate forests; ignored too long, it pouts.

At the Silver Conference, Harrison used one against Ash's Pikachu. After a hard battle, it lost to Thunderbolt.
Name origin
Kecleon comes from Japanese kakureru, “to hide,” and chameleon. It is based on a chameleon, especially the panther or Cape dwarf chameleon.
