Its story
Lifestyle
In Ultra Crater it grows like a plant, then flies into space. Its flammable gas is for flying and battling, and its body draws nutrients from the soil.
In the anime
In the series, Sophocles digs it out at Bamboo Hill. The Ultra Guardians cannot catch it while it is rooted; it had been growing in Alola for more than 200 years.
Name origin
Celesteela blends celestial, steel, and stella, a word for star. The design joins Princess Kaguya, found in a stalk, a woman in a kimono, and a shuttle.
