Lifestyle
It lives in another world, Ultra Plant. Many stay planted in the ground to soak up electricity, and an organ can produce a million volts at once.
In the anime
In the series, it emerges from an Ultra Wormhole on Melemele Island and clashes with a Blacephalon. The Ultra Guardians weaken them, catch them together, and send them back.
Name origin
Xurkitree blends circuitry and tree. It plays on “live wire,” a charged wire that is alive, and also suggests a plug and a Christmas tree.
