Appearance
In ordinary weather, two purple petals enclose its pink body, like a bud. In strong sun it opens: pink cherry-blossom petals, a yellow sphere, pink arms, and yellow legs.

Its story
Lifestyle
It evolves from Cherubi. In strong sun it drinks the light, turns lively, almost excitable, then folds shut when the light fades. Its petals draw Bug Pokémon.
In the anime
It debuts with Lila, a famous stylist, at the Celestic Contest. Another helps a Tangrowth and other Pokémon try to heal a thousand-year-old tree.
Name origin
Its response to light recalls photonastic flowers. Sunshine Form suggests cherry blossoms. Cherrim may blend cherry with cherubim or blossom.
