Clobbopus is a small beige cephalopod with a large head, six orange spots, an orange mask, and an orange siphon. Two large tentacles end in round indigo bumps like boxing gloves.

Lifestyle
Deeply curious, it investigates things by punching them. It lives underwater, comes ashore for food, escapes when its tentacles tear and regrow, and evolves into Grapploct.
Name origin
The design blends an octopus and a boxer: the orange markings recall a wrestling mask, and the Fighting type puns on takonaguri, an octopus that hits. Clobbopus may join clobber and octopus.
