Appearance
Grapploct is a blue amphibious cephalopod with a yellow jagged eye mask and cyan eyes. Four tentacles act as arms, three as legs, and one wraps its waist like a martial artist's belt.

Lifestyle
Its body is pure muscle: its tentacles pin foes to the ground. It fights on land, returns to the ocean, and evolves from Clobbopus.

With Bea, it defeats the Karate Master's Hitmonchan, then Ash's Riolu in the World Coronation Series.
Name origin
The design mixes an octopus with jujutsu: a wrestling mask and a belt-like tentacle. Grapploct may combine grapple, octopus, and locked.
