Appearance
Deino is a small blue quadruped. Black fur hides its head and neck except the mouth; six purple spots circle the neck, a tuft forms a horn, and its body is wounded.

Its story
Lifestyle
Blind, it explores by ramming and biting, and eats anything that moves in caves with little food. It evolves into Zweilous, then Hydreigon.
In the anime
Three Deino are left with Bobby until their Trainers return. Two are very rowdy; the third is shy and will not eat, and Iris tries to reassure it.
Name origin
It resembles a young dragon or a sauropod. The line was first scrapped, then remade after Yamata no Orochi. Deino may blend dino with German eins, "one."
