It knocks out large prey with one anchor swing, wraps them in seaweed, and drains their life force. It gets along well with Skrelp and Dragalge.

It guards a Mystic Water that Kanoa is seeking for Ida. Lana's Popplio eventually defeats it with Hydro Vortex.
Name origin
Dhelmise may blend demise and helm. It suggests seaweed clutching a wreck's anchor and wheel, like a ghost ship.
