Appearance
Feebas is a shabby, light brown spotted fish. It has deep-set eyes, big pink lips, dull blue tattered fins, and a hole in its dorsal fin.

Its story
Lifestyle
It is hardy, eats anything, and lives anywhere, even when very little water remains. Once found, it is easy to catch. It evolves into Milotic.
In the anime
Jinny's Feebas, Feeby, evolves into Milotic against Meowth at the Friendship Festival. An unnaturally strong Feebas also escapes Liko and her friends.
Name origin
It seems based on a bass, and its transformation recalls the Ugly Duckling. Feebas may combine feeble and sea bass.
