In the anime
Lucius's Gouging Fire, one of the Six Heroes, was mistaken for an Entei. It accepted Liko's care, then Terastallized into a Rock type through Pagogo.
Name origin
It is based on Entei and ceratopsians such as Styracosaurus. The name is literally gouging fire, echoing Entei's Fire type.
