Lifestyle
It is said to cover the sky with clouds, then call down lightning. In Area Zero, it is taken for an ancestor of Raikou or a counterpart from another timeline, but its origin remains unknown.
Name origin
The design starts from Raikou and suggests sauropods, giraffes, storm clouds, and the qilin. The English name is literally raging bolt, for its furious temper and the Electric type.
