Lifestyle
Its flashing lights daze foes, lure prey, and signal other Inkay. Upside down, its Psychic moves grow stronger and it evolves into Malamar.
In the anime
James caught Inkay while eating sandwiches. It later refused to be released, choosing to stay on his team.
Name origin
Inkay may blend ink and okay. It is based on a squid or cuttlefish, with flashing lights like some squids.
