Appearance
Like a ladybug: red wing covers with five black spots, a yellow body, and white eyes. Six black legs end in boxing-glove hands. Females have shorter antennae.

Lifestyle
Timid alone, it clusters for warmth and signals with a foot fluid that smells sour when angry. It evolves into Ledian.

Arielle directed six Ledyba with a whistle. Another group saved Ash's Pikachu from falling off a cliff.
Name origin
Ledyba comes from ladybug and red. It is based on a red spotted ladybug, like the Asian ladybeetle.
