Called the emperor of dark nights, it flies silently and sees in near-darkness. Turning its head 180 degrees boosts its intellect. It evolves from Hoothoot.

Name origin
Noctowl may blend nocturnal and owl. Its horn feathers look like bushy eyebrows, a sign of age and wisdom.
