Its story
Lifestyle
Festive music makes it more powerful and sets it dancing without fear. It evolves from Lombre by stone: rarely wild, but seen near the water's edge.
In the anime
Brock's Lombre becomes Ludicolo with Samantha's Water Stone. Poncho's Ludicolo beats Ash's Corphish, and another helps pull a Marshtomp from the mud.
Name origin
It suggests a lily pad, a hairy kappa, and a Mexican dancer in a sombrero. Ludicolo may blend ludic, ridiculous, colocynth, and a play on loco, "crazy".
