Hyperactive yet usually very slow, it eats about its own weight each day. It evolves into Snorlax.
In the anime
May catches one after seeing how much it liked her Pokéblocks. In Destiny Deoxys, it evolves into Snorlax to stay afloat.
Name origin
It seems based on a baby bear preparing to hibernate, including honey and rummaging through garbage. Munchlax may combine munch and lax.
