It stores poison in its shell and serves toxic mochi that chain people to its will. Cowardly, it mostly makes others fight in its place.

With Diana, it controls the Rising Volt Tacklers one by one with its mochi, until she frees them.
Name origin
Pecharunt joins peach, Pecha Berry, and runt. It draws on the tale of Momotarō: a peach, and a bad nature.
