Its story
Lifestyle
By shorting the current in its palms, it makes sparkly pom-poms to cheer teammates. It lives in grasslands and savannas, often with Minun, and cries loudly if they lose.
In the anime
It first belongs to Thatcher, a lighthouse keeper, who trains it as a cheerleader with Minun. The pair also helps Tory Lund overcome his fear of Pokémon.
Name origin
Plusle may come from plus, for a positive charge, and may be a partial anagram of pulse. It suggests a cheerleading mouse, chipmunk, or rabbit, or a positive electric charge.
