Rapidash has cream fur, small red eyes, and a pointed horn. Flames form its long mane, tail, and fetlocks, and its slender legs end in one black hoof.

Its story
Lifestyle
It runs at about 150 miles per hour and chases anything that moves. It evolves from Ponyta and lives on grasslands and mountains.
In the anime
In a race, Lara Laramie's Ponyta, ridden by Ash, becomes Rapidash and wins.
Name origin
Atsuko Nishida designed it after a unicorn, a horse, and fiery steeds. Rapidash blends rapid with dash, or with ash for its Fire type.
