Its story
Lifestyle
It lives mainly in deserts, buried under the sand with its nose and eyes out. A poor ambush hunter, it eats whatever collapses. It evolves into Krokorok, then Krookodile.
In the anime
A Sandile in sunglasses guides other Pokémon toward safety. Ash catches him, and he later becomes a Krookodile against Iris's Dragonite.
Name origin
It suggests a baby crocodile and a spectacled caiman. Sandile may combine sand, crocodile, and a play on sandal.
