It was called the beast that devours the sun. It lives in Ultra Space, evolves from Cosmoem, and opens Ultra Wormholes. Its light can turn night into midday.
In the anime
Nebby evolved into Solgaleo to help save Lusamine. Necrozma later possessed it. Ash restored its strength, then they used a powerful attack together.
Name origin
The name Solgaleo may come from Latin sol and leo, sun and lion, plus Galileo. Its design is a sun-motif lion, and the alchemical lion that devours the sun.
