Lifestyle
It lives in wetlands and along riverbanks. Its head lights up to warn its allies; by shaking its tail, it makes enough electricity to supply Levincia, then evolves into Bellibolt.
Name origin
Atsuko Nishida designed it after a tadpole and a light bulb. Tadbulb may combine tadpole and light bulb.
