Lifestyle
Its belly-button dynamo makes electricity as its muscles contract, then releases it through the bumps, which glow. It usually acts slowly and evolves from Tadbulb.
In the anime
It debuts in Iono's care. She Terastallizes it into an Electric type during a Tera Training battle against Dot.
Name origin
Atsuko Nishida designed it after a frog with false eyes, perhaps the Cuyaba dwarf frog. Bellibolt may combine belly and bolt.
