Appearance
Toedscruel is a mushroom Pokémon that resembles Tentacruel, though they are not the same family. Its black cap has three pink bumps; its beige body has slanted eyes, a tube-like mouth, and ten tentacles.

Lifestyle
It evolves from Toedscool and lives in colonies deep in forests. Faced with strangers it jumps instead of running, and it sucks the nutrients from its prey, which hurts.
Name origin
Toedscruel may combine toadstool, toed, and Tentacruel. It is based on the wood ear, a mushroom whose Japanese name means "tree jellyfish".
