Lifestyle
The leaves on its back are used for flight and sugar production. It gorges on treetop fruit and lives in tropical jungles.

Dominick's Tropius debuted against Ash at the Ever Grande Conference. Its Solar Beam and Torkoal's Overheat exploded and knocked both out.
Name origin
It resembles a sauropod combined with a banana plant. Its name may blend tropical and -saurus.
