Its story
Lifestyle
Very aggressive for its size, its venomous bite can paralyze large bird Pokémon. It often fights Sizzlipede. It evolves into Whirlipede, then Scolipede.
In the anime
A swarm first overruns Castelia City after a mysterious force drives them from their nest. Burgh, Ash, and their friends round up the whole colony.
Name origin
Tomohiro Kitakaze designed it to suggest centipedes and millipedes, perhaps a pill millipede mixed with a woodlouse. Venipede joins venom and centipede.
