Lifestyle
Its flower turns sunlight into energy, and its scent soothes. Venusaur, Bulbasaur's final form, is rare and lives in grasslands.
In the anime
Corey's Venusaur, nicknamed Bruteroot, is taken by Mewtwo and freed by Ash. Unlike many others, it is not cloned.
Name origin
The line was inspired by horned frogs, and the flower resembles the Rafflesia arnoldii. The name may blend Venus or venom with -saurus.
