Lifestyle
A prankster, it moves things and leaves cotton behind. It slips through cracks, seems to ride the wind, and evolves from Cottonee.
In the anime
Layla was looking after a Whimsicott that was later accidentally struck by a Vullaby.
Name origin
Atsuko Nishida designed it with a blooming cotton boll, a sheep, and jingisukan in mind. Whimsicott comes from whimsical and cotton.
