Appearance
Doublade is two silver swords with a pink gem and a prehensile sash on each pommel. The brown sheaths bear a triquetra and form a face when the blades are sheathed.

Lifestyle
The blades speak telepathically to launch unstoppable attacks and, rubbed together, unsettle a foe. It evolves from Honedge and evolves into Aegislash.
In the anime
In a film, Argus Steel's Doublade often carries his daughter Millis. With Sawyer it loses to Ash's Noivern, then becomes an Aegislash.
Name origin
The idea is a pair of sentient magical swords, like a coat of arms and a soul-moved katana. Doublade may blend double and blade.
