Lifestyle
It lives in flocks of more than ten thousand near wetlands and attacks by synchronizing. Knotted, its neck holds in belly energy; untied, it strikes by swinging its head.
Name origin
Drawn from the flamingo; Paldea recalls Spain, Europe’s largest flamingo population. The name may blend flamingo and amigo, “friend.” Its Fighting type echoes their synchronized courtship dances.
