Its story
Lifestyle
It lived on beaches and swam fast and powerfully. Believed extinct, isolated groups have not changed for 300 million years. It evolves into Kabutops.
In the anime
Umberto warned that an island of Kabuto fossils would sink under a red moon. The fossils awoke and the island they held together collapsed.
Name origin
It mixes the horseshoe crab, a living fossil, and the extinct trilobite. Kabuto comes from kabuto, a samurai helmet, and kabutogani, the horseshoe crab.
