Its story
Lifestyle
Only females exist, and it lives in savannahs. The young rarely leaves the pouch before age three. In Mega Evolution the child grows and guards its mother; her joy makes her stronger.
In the anime
Ilima's Kangaskhan, able to Mega Evolve, battles Guzma's Scizor at the Manalo Conference. Dirty tricks make it lose, and Ilima is eliminated.
Name origin
Kangaskhan may blend kangaroo and khan, perhaps echoing Genghis Khan. Ken Sugimori designed it after a kangaroo, with Mongolian laminar armor.
