Appearance
Klink looks like two interlocking gears with six teeth each. The teeth are light gray, the center darker, and symbols form a face no matter how it turns.

Its story
Lifestyle
It makes its energy by spinning, usually lives in caves, and can launch itself at a foe. It evolves into Klang, then Klinklang.
In the anime
Mannes uses it, with a Klang and a Klinklang, to power a music machine, tend his grounds, and fly his helicopter.
Name origin
Ken Sugimori's idea, drawn by Keiko Moritsugu: two meshing gears, or the simplest perpetual-motion machine. Klink may come from clink, and also play on link or click.
