Its story
Lifestyle
Legends call it the maker of oceans, spreading them with heavy tides. Rayquaza ended its war with Groudon and sealed it in Seafloor Cavern.
In the anime
In the Ruby and Sapphire series, Team Magma captures it and Archie tries to use it to destroy everyone, sparking the battle with Groudon.
Name origin
Its orca-like shape and its rivalry with Groudon echo Leviathan against Behemoth. Its name combines kaiō, "king of the sea," with orca and ogre.
