Lifestyle
It is very hungry and licks passersby for crumbs. Its saliva numbs and breaks things down; its tongue coats prey. It lives in forests near water and evolves from Lickitung.
In the anime
In The Rise of Darkrai, Alberto battles with a Lickilicky and briefly turns into one. Against Ash, Conway uses one that Noctowl finally beats.
Name origin
Like Lickitung, it may draw on salamanders with projectile tongues, the chameleon, and the Akaname. The bib suggests an overfed gourmet dressed as a dandy. Lickilicky may simply repeat lick.
