Its story
Lifestyle
Its tongue is over two meters, sticky and smelly. It catches prey, mainly Bug types, and paralyzes them before swallowing. It lives in grassy plains and meadows and evolves into Lickilicky.

Jessie catches one to battle Misty, then accidentally trades it for Benny's Wobbuffet. Ulu's leaves Alola by ship, then returns.
Name origin
Ken Sugimori designed it after lungless salamanders, long-tongued lizards, and the Akaname, a filth-licking yōkai. Lickitung combines lick and tongue.
