Its story
Lifestyle
From the sky it drops onto weakened prey and drags it to a nest of bones. Female only, it evolves from Vullaby.
In the anime
One eats the other’s food, is driven from the nest, then Scraggy defeats her. Katharine offers one for Ash’s Scraggy; she loses to Tepig.
Name origin
Mandibuzz may combine mandible, or mandil meaning apron, with buzzard. James Turner blends several Old World vultures, and the row of teeth suggests an apron.
